Indiana Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys
We are a non-profit association consisting of lawyers who work with older clients, people with special needs, and their families in the state of Indiana. Our members practice an area of law commonly referred to as elder law. An elder law attorney’s services include planning for the costs of long-term care; benefits entitlement eligibility, including Medicaid and Medicare; guardianships and probate; special needs planning; estate planning; and other legal issues that affect the elderly and disabled. Our organization often collaborates with its parent organization, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and other organizations in advocating for the elderly and disabled Hoosiers.
If you are an attorney, but not a member, please contact me or any member of our board. We would be glad to discuss the benefits of being an IN-NAELA member.
